Posting listings and joining the network is free. When a job or sale is paid through Nexus, Nexus takes 5% out of the contractor or vendor amount. The client is never charged extra and always sees an itemized statement.
Contractor job
4% host + 1% originator = 5%.
Vendor sale
4% host + 1% Nexus = 5%.
Agent project managers
PM fee of 5 to 20%, or the 4% host share. One or the other.

What happens if I cannot pay one month?
You keep your customer records, CRM and revenue reports. Field app, AI services and platform inquiries pause until the account is current, unless you opted into pay-as-you-earn.
Do I have to use the Nexus website?
No. Keep your own site and add Nexus booking with one paste.
