The pipeline
Every job has a stage
- Lead and contactedAdd leads yourself, or receive them from the network and your booking page.
- Quote given and follow-upSend a quote the client can accept and pay. If there is no answer, Nexus reminds them at 3 and 7 days.
- Invoice sentThe client pays through an itemized Nexus page. Overdue invoices get reminders at 1, 7 and 14 days.
- PaidFunds are held until the client confirms the work is done, or 7 days pass, then released.
One simple rule
Nexus takes 5%. That is the whole fee.
On every job or sale that runs through the network, taken out of the contractor or vendor amount. It is never added to the client’s price, and the client always sees an itemized statement.
Contractor job
5% total: 4% to whoever hosts the client, 1% to whoever brought that contractor into Nexus.
Vendor sale
5% total: 4% to the host, 1% to Nexus.
Agent project managers
Choose ONE: charge a project management fee of 5 to 20%, or take no fee and earn the 4% host share. Never both.
