Creator Terms

Version 2026-10. Plain-English program terms. Have your own advisor review anything that affects your taxes or business.

1. The deal

When a business signs up for Nexus OS through your link and makes its first paid subscription payment, you earn 25% of the amount of that first payment (before sales tax). One commission per referred business, only for the first paid payment. Businesses that never pay (for example, beta testers) do not earn a commission. Nexus OS may change the commission rate for new referrals with notice; referrals already made keep the rate in effect when they signed up.

2. Tracking

Your link sets a 30-day cookie. A signup is credited to the most recent creator link clicked within 30 days in the same browser. Tracking can fail (cookie blockers, switching devices); we credit what our system records.

3. When you are paid

A commission becomes payable 14 days after the referred payment clears. Payment is by transfer to your connected Stripe account, after you finish Stripe's payout setup. Stripe may ask for identity, bank and tax information and may report US payouts to tax authorities. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled, or reversed if already paid. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Disclose, every time

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission whenever you promote Nexus OS, in the post itself and where people see it without clicking (for example, "#ad" or "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link"). In video, say it out loud and show it on screen. This follows US Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidance.

5. What you must not do

• Promise or imply income, savings or results.
• Invent testimonials, statistics, reviews or customer stories, or say you use Nexus OS if you do not.
• Sign up through your own link, create fake or duplicate accounts, or offer or take rebates that hide the referral.
• Spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, post in places that forbid promotion, or use misleading links, cloaking or fake urgency.
• Bid on our brand name in paid search, or impersonate Nexus OS.
• Make claims about the product beyond what the Nexus OS site says. The AI Promo Studio stays within approved facts; check anything you add yourself.

6. Our rights

We may refuse, suspend or close accounts, withhold or cancel commissions for violations, fraud or suspected abuse, and end or change the program at any time. You may close your account at any time; earned, valid commissions are still paid.

7. Materials

You may use the banners, images and videos we provide to promote Nexus OS, unmodified, while you are a member. We own them.

8. Independent relationship

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of Nexus OS, and cannot bind us or make statements on our behalf.
